Wind in the Willows Child Care is a website for a number of nurseries under one banner. There are currently 5 nurseries but more could be added any time. This had to be reflected in the website creation and to do it we used roles.
We created a system where the director roll can edit any of the content but the manager could only edit content created by themselves. Then we simply create a new location page for each nursery and assign it to the manager of the nursery (manager role).
We have made it so only admin can create content and can edit any content and only we at Tramp Creative and Bitopia are admin.
This means we administrators can create new locations, the director of Wind in the Willows child care can edit any location pages and the location manager can edit there own page.
We also added some extra fields into the location page for opening times and used views to grab that info into an opening times page.
Lastly, we added a news section.
