Now you have all the files you need in the correct place you need to create a database (DB) to hold all the data. If you don't have cPanel create your DB and make a note of the DB name, username and password. If you have cPanel open it up and log in

1. Click MySQL Databases
2. Under new databases name the DB (mine is 'db' so will be called 'USERNAME_db')
3. Click the Create Database button
4. Click Go Back
5. Under Add new user type the username, password and password again (you could use the password creater button)
   NB Make a note of these
6. Click the Make user button (mine is 'user' so will be called 'USERNAME_user')
7. Click Back
8. Under Add user to Database hit the Add button
9. Select all privileges and hit Make Changes
10. Click Go Back
