The split code button has been left out of CS5 as it was left out in CS4 so to add it all you do is edit the xml file for the toolbar.
You should now see the Split code button.
NB. You may have to open Dreamweaver as Admin to edit the file (right click, open as Administrator)
Also note, if you don't have the file toolbars.xml in Windows 7 or Vista please create it like the file at {syntaxhighlighter brush: as3;fontsize: 100; first-line: 1; }C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5\configuration\Toolbars{/syntaxhighlighter}
